If the items you have ordered did not fit you or you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return them within seven (7) calendar days of delivery for an exchange with other item or size.
All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. Final discount / Sale items do not qualify for return.

Please note we will refund your defective items in seven (7) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s) to the physical store. Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to Shawlandscarf right to withhold amounts for products which are found damaged on return. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges (if appropriate). In other words, we will refund you the cost of the product(s) but not your delivery charges. Final discount / Sale items do not qualify for refund.
Shawlandscarf reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
